Q: How does this process work exactly?
A: To start, fill out the form on our website or call us directly at (226) 778-8950 to tell us about your property and the type of sale you’re seeking. If your property qualifies, we will ask you for some photos and/or videos of your property. After we receive those, our research team will run the numbers and we will set up another appointment within the next 24-48 hours (or at the time of your choosing) to present you a cash offer. If you accept, we can sign an agreement and at that
point you will have sold your home. It’s really that simple.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We will make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we will buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees. Once we buy the house from you, we are taking on all of the risk on whether we can sell the property for a profit or not. You walk away without the burden of the property and with cash in your hand.
Q: How quick can you close?
A: As quick as 2-3 weeks for the most urgent of sales or we can wait until you are ready to move even if it’s months away. Q: My home is a mess. Can you give me some time to clean it before you come to buy it?

Q: When you buy my house, do you actually pay me cash?
A: When we say we pay cash we mean that our purchases are not conditional on traditional financing from the banks, which allows us to close fast! Once you’ve accepted our offer and the deal is firm, you will receive funds in the form of a wire transfer or bank draft from your lawyer on closing day.
Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our research team looks at many pieces of information to come up with a price that works for us and works for you, too. Some of the things they look at are the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.
Q: Do you pay fair market value?
A: Many of the houses we buy are below the amount someone would traditionally pay for on the MLS. That being said, yes, for our service, we pay an investor’s fair market value — we offer a reasonable price based on the flexible and tremendous services we provide. Many sellers appreciate that we can offer cash, can close very quickly, there are no agent fees, and no time, effort, or money is required on their part to fix up the property. Q: Can you come by and make me an offer?
A: Yes, but like you, our time is valuable. We are making offers on a lot of properties to very serious and motivated sellers, so if you are not ready to sell please do not request an appointment until you are 100% ready. By no means are you obligated to accept our offer at the appointment, we simply require you to be of that mindset should the offer work for you. If you are only curious about value, we encourage you to hire a licensed appraiser.
Q: My house is currently listed with an agent. Will you still buy it?
A: Typically, no. We will put in an offer if the listing has been terminated and you have every intention to sell privately for a cash sale. Our services are geared towards sellers who want to avoid the hassle of a traditional real estate sale. If your house is listed, you would have already endured the listing process and thus be less likely to experience the benefits of our service. However, should you terminate your listing and choose to contact us, we will still offer you our services.
Q: I’m not looking to sell, but I know someone who wants to and doesn’t plan to list. Can I refer them to you?
A: Of course! We love your referrals! If the deal works out and we buy their home, we will pay you a referral in the range of $1,000 – $2,500. Just give us a call and provide the person’s name and phone number who is looking to sell. We’ll let them know you sent us.
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation required from your end. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll take a look at things, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and make you an all-cash offer that’s fair for you and fair for us.
